If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

All orders must be prepaid and are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on location

We work with logistics partners such as Delhivery and other courier services.

Important:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by the following conditions:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Customers must provide:
    • Unboxing video
    • Images of the defective product
    • Images of original packaging

Important conditions:

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer will not be eligible for return
  • If Clovastra ships the wrong size, return requests will be accepted within 3 days with proof

Refunds are processed after verification of the claim.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Customers may refer to the return policy for eligible cases

8. User Accounts

  • Users may create accounts on the website
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
